Brief – Solution: Mondelez was in need of a new careers microsite that was in line with their new positioning of the power of big and small. Mondelez International is the biggest snacking company and they invest on their people. I have created a vibrant fresh site, that via the animal illustrations their motto is shown about the power of one person in this big organization.
